What gets me up in the morning?
I try to go for a walk in the morning before I touch my phone. I feel like this is a great way to start the day and energise myself. I strongly believe that approaching life with the goal to 'positively impact as many lives as possible' is the key to long-term success and fulfilment. As a result, the first thing I always ask myself when I rise is "Who am I going to positively impact today?".
Why am I passionate about 'Kicks For Kids'?
Travelling to over 40 countries in my lifetime, including Mexico, China, South Africa, Kenya and Tanzania, I have seen poverty and lack of opportunity across the globe. I recognise that I am incredibly lucky just to have a roof over my head and food in my belly. I'm even more privileged to have been able to have access to sporting equipment all my life. In my mind, Kicks For Kids is a wonderful way to provide children across the globe with a means of fun and connection that most kids in Australia don't even consider to be a privilege.
